Improved Model-Free Continuous Super-Twisting Non-singular Fast Terminal Sliding Mode Control of IPMSM

To solve the problem of PI control cannot achieve satisfactory dynamic performance under complex operating conditions, an improved model-free continuous super-twisting non-singular fast terminal sliding mode (NFTSM) algorithm (IMFSTNFTSMC) for IPMSM based on extended higher-order disturbance observer (IESMDO) is proposed. Firstly, speed-current hyperlocal models are developed; Then, controllers IMFSTNFTSMC designed to optimize current-speed dual closed-loop; where jitter system effectively attenuated by combining third-order with NFTSM; At same time, IESMDO feeds back speed and current loops controllers, it can improve control, fast-tracking d-q axis without overshoot; Finally, experimentally compared traditional MFNFTSMC verify that improves steady-state response robustness IPMSM.
